If 14klwin becomes aware that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all data relating to that account will be deleted to the extent permitted by regulatory requirements, and any account balance will be handled in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. 14klwin implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in high risk to affected individuals, 14klwin will notify affected players as required by applicable law.
14klwin reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices. When substantive changes are made, 14klwin will notify registered players via their registered email address or by a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision.
