These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 14klwin ("14klwin", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at https://14klwin.net and all associated services, games, and features offered thereunder (collectively, "the Services").
By registering a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 14klwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with 14klwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease your use of the 14klwin platform and close your account by contacting our support team.
2.1 Age Requirement. The 14klwin platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 years or older. This age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Registration of a 14klwin account by any person under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms. 14klwin will immediately close any account found to be held by an underage individual and will forfeit any balance in such account.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each natural person may register only one (1) account on the 14klwin platform. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name, or in combination with another person — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2.4 Accurate Information. You are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration and at all subsequent times. 14klwin reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided, including but not limited to proof of identity (a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
2.5 KYC Verification. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement before withdrawal of funds from a 14klwin account. 14klwin may, at its discretion, require KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing deposits in excess of specified thresholds.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 14klwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 All transactions and activities conducted through your 14klwin account while authenticated with your credentials are deemed to have been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised them, unless you have reported a security breach to 14klwin prior to such activity occurring.
3.3 You must notify 14klwin immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. 14klwin is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
3.4 14klwin recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a unique password not shared with any other service.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 14klwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.2 Deposit Requirements. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method owned and controlled by you in your own name. 14klwin does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed to the originating source, less any applicable processing fees.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. 14klwin targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval; actual credit times are dependent on the receiving financial institution.
4.4 Minimum Transaction Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the 14klwin platform and may be varied by 14klwin at any time with reasonable notice. Current minimums are displayed at the time of initiating any transaction.
4.5 Inactive Account Policy. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. 14klwin reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. 5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the 14klwin platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. Game rules for each category — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Toto 4D, and Crash — are published within the respective game interfaces and constitute supplementary terms that form part of these Terms.
5.2 14klwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to technical error, human error, or data feed failure. Where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
5.3 In the event of a disputed outcome, the result recorded by 14klwin's systems shall be the definitive result unless a documented technical fault can be demonstrated. All disputes must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event or game session.
5.4 14klwin reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size available to any player account at its absolute discretion, including where patterns of abuse, arbitrage, or advantage play are detected.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional credits offered by 14klwin are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible game categories, and expiry periods.
6.2 Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are set out in the promotion-specific terms.
6.3 14klwin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already partially fulfilled wagering requirements, 14klwin will endeavour to apply a fair and proportionate resolution.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, the exploitation of mathematical arbitrage in bonus wagering, or any other conduct designed to generate risk-free profit from bonus funds — will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and winnings, and may result in account termination.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 14klwin platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all associated balances:
14klwin cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in Malaysia and internationally. Any suspected criminal conduct will be reported to relevant authorities.
8.1 14klwin is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits at any time from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
8.2 Self-exclusion is available to any player who wishes to voluntarily suspend access to their 14klwin account. Self-exclusion periods range from one week to permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, 14klwin will take all reasonable technical steps to prevent account access and will not direct marketing communications to the excluded player.

All content on the 14klwin platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game interfaces, trademarks, logos, text, and audiovisual content, is the intellectual property of 14klwin or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 14klwin.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 14klwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, interrupted connectivity, or any force majeure event beyond 14klwin's reasonable control. 14klwin's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 14klwin's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14klwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Substantive amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.1 14klwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or where required by law or regulatory authority.
12.2 Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method used, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
12.3 You may close your 14klwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements and KYC verification) will be returned to your verified payment method.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 14klwin holds its gaming operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that territory. Before commencing any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact 14klwin's customer support team to seek an informal resolution, allowing 14klwin a period of thirty (30) calendar days to address your complaint.
